All raw materials, metals, charms & beads used in your jewellery are lovingly sourced by me and always high quality! If you didn't already know, most of the metal hardware used in your jewellery is 14k gold-filled or sterling silver and tarnish resistant! Some smaller elements will be high quality gold or silver plated, so make sure to clean your jewellery regularly with a soft cloth to avoid any tarnishing in those areas. If you notice the metal beginning to dull, some tips to help restore the colour are below. Earring fixings are always plated stainless steel to ensure a hypoallergenic and comfortable wear.

✨️ Try gently cleaning the tarnished areas with a soft (microfiber preferred) cloth. Add mild soapy warm water if needed.

✨️ For more stubborn tarnishing, mix baking powder with a little warm water to form a paste. Rub the paste very gently against the effected metal using a soft cloth.

Polymer clay is used for most of my jewellery designs. It's an incredibly lightweight material, while being very durable and not at all brittle! Even the most dainty and delicate of designs are tougher than they look. Some thinner pieces will have the ability to flex and lightly bend, but please handle your jewellery with care.

Avoid getting your clay pieces too wet and remove jewellery before entering water. You can wipe your pieces clean with a damp, soft cloth - no soap!!

Items are carefully packaged using eco-friendly paper, filler & bubble wrap depending on the fragility of the piece. Jewellery arrives on a backing card and all items are placed inside of a cute cloth bag for you to keep! Inside your orders, you'll also find some stickers (art not by me), a thank you card and a care instruction card for jewellery 🫶

All orders are sent via Royal Mail standard tracked delivery. My current processing time is 5-10 working days at the most for made-to-order items. You'll receive an email with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched! 📨

UK Delivery: Local shipping is free for all orders.

International Delivery: If your shipping address is outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import taxes or customs fees when it arrives in your country. These fees are set by your local customs office and must be paid by you before delivery.
