I messaged Sarah prior to ordering, enquiring if I could change the fixings to the 20mm hoops, which she was more than happy to do. I then placed the order, they were dispatched the following day and arrived the day after that. The packaging is beautiful. you can truly feel the love and care that’s gone into it. The product itself is beautifully crafted and well made, and I’m so excited to wear them once my stretched ear has healed.
